Some people have been detained in this case. According to ANI report, the vehicle of Maharashtra Minister and NCP leader Hasan Mushrif was attacked by unknown people on Wednesday. Mumbai Police has detained three people in connection with the incident.

According to reports, Minister Mushrif was not present in the vehicle at the time of the incident. After the attack on the minister’s vehicle, security has been increased around his house. In a video released by ANI, two people can be seen raising slogans for the Maratha reservation. During this, both the people can also be seen attacking the minister’s car. Both the people broke the glass of the minister’s car. It is being told that the minister’s car was parked at the MLA’s residence near Akashvani in Colaba, Mumbai.

The vandalism accused were taken to Marine Drive police station

At present, three people have been detained in connection with the case and have reportedly been taken to Marine Drive police station. Let us inform you that Mushrif joined the Shiv Sena-BJP government in the state along with rebel Ajit Pawar in July this year and is currently heading the Ministry of Medical Education and Research.

Earlier, on October 30, NCP MLA Prakash Solanke’s house was allegedly vandalized and set on fire by Maratha reservation agitators. Solanki’s car parked outside his house was also set on fire by the agitators and his house was pelted with stones. Solanke had also joined the Sena-BJP government along with Ajit Pawar.

Solanke’s house was attacked after his audio clip went viral, where he allegedly talked about the Maratha reservation movement and commented on Jarange. According to the news agency PTI, he had called the Maratha reservation issue ‘child’s play’.

Let us tell you that Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has called an all-party meeting today. On the other hand, Jarange has issued a new ultimatum to the government demanding immediate reservation for the Maratha community through a special assembly session.
